Scott is an experienced technical writer, with years of experience writing operations manuals, how to articles, and training materials.

Some of the projects he as worked on include the Pulse Switch Operators Manual, which was used by all operators who monitored and maintained the ATM / debit card network switch, as well as, managing, organizing and editing web content for the HostGator’s external and internal support portal, knowledge base and education center website. This includes creating an overall vision for the support website, writing articles, and implementing coding changes to the website.
